When social-justice/rights debates arise, the following three questions most always undergird the discourse.
1) Is it just/a right? (Yes? No? Maybe?)
2) If it is just/a right, what legitimizes its status as just/a right? (God, Nature, Another more fundamental right?)
3) How should justice/rights be administered? (In an egalitarian fashion or selectively? Depends?)
